What is TRX?

TRX is suspension training that delivers a fast, effective total body workout.  It helps build a rock solid core. It will increase muscular endurance and benefits people of all fitness levels from the pro athlete to the individuals that have NEVER worked out!  It is for EVERYONE! All ages can benefit from suspension training.

What is functional training?

Originating in physical therapy, functional training consists of exercises that help you move and feel better in sport and life.

What is Suspension Training?

A proprietary form of exercise, invented by TRX, that leverages your bodyweight to help build strength, lose weight and increase flexibility using the TRX Suspension Trainer. TRX was created by a former Navy Seal to maintain fitness aboard ship when only limited space and equipment was available.

What is Rip Training?

Exercise that builds core and  overall strength while providing a great cardiovascular workout using the TRX Rip Trainer, a tool comprised of a lever bar and resistance cord. Rip Trainer was created by a physical therapist especially to strengthen the non-dominant side of the body, increasing balance and core strength.

There is a large variety of pricing packages starting at $20 for an individual class but only $60 for a monthly unlimited class subscription. See all the options HERE

GOLD MEMBERSHIP - This is an annual membership that includes unlimited TRX classes and Specialty Classes for one year from date of purchase. Cost $1,500.00 (expires 12 months after purchase)

This man is one of a kind.  He takes pride in everything he does.  As a former college athlete he knows about being pushed beyond your limits.  He desires to see people succeed in achieving their goals.  One look at Elijah and you will see his passion for fitness.  He has over 20 years experience in fitness. He truly walks the talk.

You might not be familiar with TRX and have questions if it is right for you. Please ask us anything about group or private lessons. Let us know your particular challenges you might be facing. Elijah has extensive experience and training in strength and conditioning and can help you adjust your routine to your particular challenges

TRX Emom: (Sweat factor: 5)
An acronym for every minute on the minute. Emom workouts challenge you to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. It helps your body reset and prepare for the next round of exercise. At the top of the next minute, you perform a different move.

Tabata is a short workout that offers maximum benefits in the least amount of time. If your goal is to burn fat, this high intensity workout is for you!

YOU might be strong, but are you TRX strong? Push your strength to new levels in this rep-based class.

This class uses the TRX Rip Trainer. It blends 13 to 16  strength training exercises with fast-paced metabolic conditioning, to help improve power, speed and strength through 3 to 4 high-intensity rounds that delivers results and gets you fit fast.


COVID 19 Precautions: Maximum of 9 per class. No shared equipment. All equipment wiped down after class. Hand sterilization before class.


New clients need to arrive 15 mins before class starts



Classes are intimate and spots are limited.  We require online signup for all classes to ensure your place.

Please try to arrive on time.  NO one will be permitted into class 10 minutes after the  start time. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

This is a courtesy to the entire class as it is disruptive and jeopardizes your safety as well as the flow of the class.
